How does the customization process work?

Step 1

Submit an inquiry here. Include any and all ideas/visions that you have for your item.

*the image here shows an example of the detail you can show when submitting an inquiry. Remember to include any wording requests (names of you & your spouse, wedding date, slogan, etc.).*

Step 2

I will reach out to you via email within 24 hours with design ideas that I have for your item(s) along with a price quote (you can find pricing for most items here)! You will tell me what you like, dislike so that we can work towards a design that you LOVE (even if it takes a couple of tries!)

Step 3

Once you pick a design & a color, your item goes into production! I make every item myself to ensure it is made with love, care, and attention to detail.

Step 4

Your item will arrive within 2 weeks unless otherwise specified…shipping is always free!
